This video is a parody of the song “Work From Home” opb Fifth Harmony and falls under fair use for the following reasons:
1. The purpose of the video is for nonprofit educational purposes.
2. The song is a parody and is transformative in nature – both with lyrics and intent. Minimal source material was used to indicate that the song is a parody and all lyrics have been changed.
3 It adds new meaning to the song that was not intended or covered in the source material. This song details the trials and tribulations of a graduate student in the sciences, particularly neuroscience.
4. The parody does not infringe on or compete with the source material due to its nature, audience, and message. Any reasonable individual would not confuse this parody with the source material.

Are you wondering what types of online careers from home are possible because your long, daily commute makes you want to work at home on the internet? Are you a mom or dad who wants to start a legitimate at home business so you are actually the one raising your children? Good for you! Here are some important points to ponder and ideas for careers to work from home.
Differences between a work at home JOB and a home web BUSINESS:
You work for someone else.
Your time belongs to someone else.
You are usually paid by the hour or by project.
You need to have marketable skills or previous experience.
Success is based on what someone else thinks youre worth.
You work for yourself.
Your time is your own.
Your pay is based on commissions or profits.
You only need ideas, passion, and determination.
Success is based on how much you work.
There are always expenses at least minimal.
Think about how youd like to spend your time and what youd like to spend your time doing. If you choose a route that fits you, youre more likely to be successful.
When brainstorming ideas for an online carrer, remember you’ll have a more solitary work environment. This can cause problems if youre the type of person whos more comfortable around others. If youre the more social type, but still endeavor to work from home on your computer, youll need to find or create online work that allows you to interact with others. You will be working many hours on your business, so it’s important to consider home careers online that fit your personality.
Service-oriented ideas for Home Businesses Online:
– Professional Services –
If you have a specialized skill such as photography, design, computer programming, or copywriting, you can offer your services to other businesses.
– Internet Research –
Librarian-style research skills come in handy if youd like doing online research for offline businesses large and small — on various topics.
– Employment Recruiting –
A recruiter –also known as a headhunter or executive searcherfinds and recruits potential candidates for companies. Those companies then pay a finders fee when a candidate is hired.
– Consulting –
If you have a specialized skill in a particular industry, you can offer your knowledge and experience to other businesses.
– Virtual Assistant (VA) –
A virtual assistant provides professional administrative support to business owners via a home office.
Online careers from home that require your own website:
– Affiliate Marketing –
If you dont think you have much to share with the world, you can always become an affiliate marketer. Affiliates promote what others have already produced and make money based on referral sales.
– Blogging –
Would your friends say youre opinionated? — Start an online blog. A blog site contains articles, reviews, or journal-style writings arranged in chronological order. You earn money by selling advertising and/or including affiliate marketing.
– E-Commerce –
E-commerce means the buying and selling of electronically-based products or services. You could write and sell ebooks if you have a lot of experience or knowledge about something baking, organizing, cake decorating, woodworking, etc.
– Arts & Crafts –
If youre a talented craftsman, you could start a website selling your handiwork. Do you paint? Woodwork? Sew? Knit?
– Auction Sales –
Involves selling or reselling products via an online marketplace. You dont actually need your own website for this, but many successful home businesses do.
How to get started:
When trying to come up with ideas for at home business, first and foremost, go with your passions. Consider what things interest and motivate you the most — otherwise it can be hard to stay energized. Youre only limited by your imagination.
Then, build a simple website. Whether your love is for cupcakes, baby names, kayaking, hair accessories, or cheese graters, a one-page website is all you need to start those online careers from home.
